Addresses a lot of feedback from PotS and some bits from other users, as well as other small fixes that needed done.

* Fixed a bugged line in the DEF file (HOTFIX - Additional fixes by Jenngra505)
* IKEMEN Go moveset now included by default
* Some animations tweaked, either time-related or hitbox-related
* Intro has been tweaked to use animelem and ChangeAnim to prevent weird behavior on some builds
* Run speed has been reduced from 7.5 to 5.255 (he's still kinda faster than Garfield's standards but he isn't THAT fast anymore)
* You can now chain mediums together (Example: LP > MK > MP > HA)

* Hyper portrait now faces the same way Garfield is facing

* Main parts of the move (placing an item and activating it) have been made faster

* TV has p1sprpriority added to have the attack always drawn behind the opponent
* TV explosion now launches opponent away from Garfield if they're facing him (once again, shoutouts to somebody407)

Addresses a couple bigger parts of PotS' feedback that the last version was based on... also fixes up his sprites and fixes a few other things.

The TV was supposed to have chip damage but thanks to the TV now being unblockable, that bit goes unused.

* Sprite fixes to help improve palettes
* An attempt to balance Cat Pounce
* Hackin' Hairballs now uses Helpers (States 1006 and 1007) instead of projectiles
  * Differing HitDefs for being up close and being far away
  * Tweaked hitpauses and hit times for far variants compared to OG projectile values
  * Made to be as accurate to the original projectiles as possible
* Both hypers now have the startup spark (Added to Air Chili con Flame and both versions of Caped Avenger)
* Hyper BG helper now has NoBG and NoFG added to its AssertSpecial
* Reduced existing chip damage for specials

* RC Car now despawns and starts the timer after leaving the screen
* TV attack state has been buffed and is now unblockable

Fleshes out the character further with some major tweaks and a good chunk of additions.

Folder/.def name has also been changed to "Garfield_GF" so make sure you adjust your select.def when updating him.

Beta 2.2 - The Birthday Update

More of a visual update, but some coding changes have also been made and some additions have been implemented.

Some small polish and a new addition to What's On Now?

* Corrected hittimes on all versions of Happy Day's final hit (all versions) to make combos easier
* Made non-compatibile characters get out of the liedown state faster (slightly if still alive, much quicker if out of life)

Does a few under the hood improvements (and not just by me). Probably the biggest update to the cat since Beta 1.25 came out.

But first, some context for this update: I've updated Garfield to the standards of the fullgame Vargverse (he's included in the Expansion Pak) and noticed some things weren't quite right, so I set out to fix those. On top of that, believe it or not, Brergrsart also made some improvements for that version as well. Being that they're tied to the OG Garfield, I decided to implement those fixes, no longer breaking him in Simul mode. On top of THOSE, there are a few minor things I spotted and decided to fix as well. All that plus a few additions and tweaks.

There MIGHT be one or two more minor updates before I consider him done for the moment, but since I got done what I WANTED to get done, I doubt it.

[Additions]
* A new "Dodge in Place" state by Brergrsart
* New special intros against horror/spooky/those "OH CRAP" characters and dogs
* An options file; in addition, the option to make the remote cooldown time appear on 16:9 screens

[Improvements]
* Some updates to the readme layout
* Hyper BG is now blue to fit in with future characters in this customized gameplay style
* Running no longer layers its sound effect on top of itself
* Recovery Roll now acts more like MvC
* The Tuned In intro has been COMPLETELY reworked to use helpers to prevent the camera moving in several stages
* The intros against himself and MLP's Mane Six have now been merged into one state
* Redone some character-specific winquotes, and added a few (the trigger lists for them are not finished)
  * Mallow Odie added to trigger list for Odie's winquote
  * Replaced "Odie The Dog" enemy,name with "A Non Spriteswaped Decent Odie MUGEN Char" (actual name of TheIranSonic's version)
* Odie winpose doesn't play now if the enemy or partner is any version of him
* Relabled dodges in System.cns and in the CMD file
* Increased pause time for counter (will be increased very slightly if needed)
* Hopefully corrected movement for good in Cat Cannonball
* Happy Day self-hitpause reduced by 1 to speed up the move some
* Corrected timings in both versions of Chili con Flame: Air animation matches the ground one and both versions don't have the final hit connect early
* What's On Now is now a much shorter move

[Remote Possibilities-specific changes]
* Alarm Clock, RC Car and the TV now give a 3-second cooldown when used, an exploding TV and What's On Now still give you 5

[Brergrsart's Improvements]
* Fixed a bug in forward roll - code that refered to anim 950 now correctly refers to anim 951
* Given anim 952, which is now used for a spot-dodge state
* Added sounds to the dodge rolls
* Fixed his throw to function completely within the custom state so no hitboxes are required (Anim 810/820, and States 811, 820, and 821 changed)
* Same for What's On Now? - As a result, added simul functionality (NOTE FROM GARFIELDFAN: this part was edited to make the move shorter)
* Changed command priority so dodge outprioritizes throw (F, MP+MK while near an opponent will result in a roll instead of a throw attempt)

Beta 2.51 - The Valentine's Day Update

A few small tweaks relating to the AIR file, some added compatibility with a couple moves, and sprite fixes.

Unless anything is broken with the addtions or elsewhere, this is the final beta update.

* Compatibility with the following moves:
 * Pharaoh's Curse (credit to Splatonic for this one)
 * Dream Eater (from somebody407's Gengar)
 * While not a specific move, "MY TOE" compatibility is also added for characters that use it

[Improvements]
* Sprite fixes by Jenngra505
* Several hitbox tweaks and some animation tweaks
* Removed a few unused hitboxes (this is related to the throw and What's On Now in the last update, forgot to do so then)
* A helper in the "Tuned In" intro now properly destroys itself (prevents issues with characters blocking)
* Slightly tweaked activation time for the recovery roll

Beta 2.52 - One Last Small Update

A few small changes with the options and a couple small things tweaked/added overall. I didn't plan on making this update but a little work on another character had me thinking (you'll find out who that character is soon enough).

Starting with this update, all characters that take after this style will be known as Fan-Arrange characters.

* A special winquote against Team Z2's Goku Black
* Readded the hyper combo finish stuff from a template I was working on in this customized style

[Improvements]
* What's On Now's ending is tweaked timing-wise to complement the second addition
* Cooldown Timer resolution switch moved to var(30) (all options in future characters will start from that variable)
* An option, var(36) was added to switch between the default launcher behavior for my characters and behavior more accurate to MvC
* Completely redid the roll dodges
* A few additonal small tweaks throughout here and there
